The fabric of life is a succession of instants, which are all composed of energy. We are energy. This very moment in which you are reading these words is made up of energy, as is the moment in which I am writing them. I am writing these words now, in my present time, and you are reading them now, in your own present time.

Did you know there was a space connecting our respective realities, a thread between your present time and mine? That space has the imprint of our energies meeting, and meddling; together creating a whole new reality. As beautiful or mundane they may be, they hold energies and stories invisible to the naked eye. That is what I am after. That is what fascinates me. What is the secret message behind one moment, one image, one snapshot? What treasures do they hold? Whatever it is, I am here to reveal their essence. Like film developer solution in a dark room, I enable the images to come to the surface and appear before our eyes.

My process is simple; the photos are snaps grabbed on the go, in a brief instant. Then it's about folding the photograph in 1/2 or 1/8 or more, depending on what they have to reveal, from my phone and a photo manipulating app. The process is no different than when we used to play paper fortune teller. The intention is to show that behind the simplest moments, there is beauty, mystery, order and chaos all at once and at our fingertips, right in the fold of the instant.
